Full job description

We are hiring fresh engineering graduates for the role of Mobile Testing Engineer. This role involves hands-on training and involvement in mobile handset testing, field testing, and network validation for 2G/3G/4G LTE devices.

Job location :Old Madras road Kattamanallur, Sannatammanahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka- 560049
Education : B.tech(ECE) - Mandatory

Candidates will work on real-time mobile devices, learn telecom technologies, and support testing activities for pre-launch and post-launch products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in mobile handset testing for prototype and production devices
  • Perform functional, sanity, regression, and compatibility testing
  • Support field testing and drive testing for 2G/3G/4G LTE networks
  • Help in device flashing and software build installation
  • Participate in mobility and stationary testing activities
  • Collect logs using tools like ADB and basic logging tools (training provided)
  • Support engineers in network testing across different operators
  • Assist in testing of:
  • Voice calls, data performance, and handover scenarios
  • Learn and support analysis of issues in LTE and VoLTE technologies
  • Help in preparing test reports and bug reports

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of mobile communication concepts (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Interest in mobile testing, telecom, and networking
  • Good analytical and learning ability
  • Basic knowledge of Android smartphones
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work in field testing and travel when required

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

  • Awareness of:
  • 2G / 3G / 4G LTE technologies
  • Basic telecom concepts
  • Exposure to engineering projects or internships in telecom/mobile domain

Eligibility:

  • B.E / B.Tech (ECE stream)
  • 2024 / 2025/2026 pass-outs preferred
