About NRAI
NRAI & Robotics is the technology company of NR Group — a 60-year Bangalore conglomerate with businesses in real estate, facades, luxury furniture, and construction. We are building a proprietary ERP + Agentic AI platform — live production systems, not side projects. Real clients. Real deadlines. Real ownership.
We are hiring 3 freshers as our founding junior developer cohort. You will work alongside senior engineers, learn fast, and own real parts of a live system within your first 3 months.
The 3 Tracks
Track A — ERP & Backend
Work with our ERP Next Lead on building Frappe custom apps, configuring workflows, writing Python server scripts, and building API integrations. You will learn ERP Next from one of the best practitioners in the country.

Track B — Frontend & UI
Work with Jayashree on building the ERP Next web interface, Meta base dashboards for 7 management roles, and the React Native mobile app for 50+ field technicians. You will own the UI layer of a live enterprise system.

Track C — AI & Automation
Work with our AI developer and senior architect on building Lang Graph agents, RAG pipelines, and n8n automation workflows. You will work with production LLMs — not tutorials. This track is for someone who has already experimented with LLM APIs and wants to go deeper.

- Fresh graduate — B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA (2023, 2024, or 2025 batch)
- Python basics — can write functions, loops, handle files, call APIs
- One side project — anything. A Django app, a scraper, a Telegram bot, a college project you actually finished
- GitHub profile — at least a few repos, even small ones
- Clear communicator — can explain what you built and why
- Eager to learn — you read tech blogs, watch tutorials outside of class, experiment on your own
