About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to meet business requirements.

2. Develop workflows, automations, and custom functions using Deluge scripting.

3. Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, platforms, and business systems.

4. Provide user training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure effective CRM adoption.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues to maintain system performance and reliability.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.

7. Stay updated on Zoho CRM features, enhancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
