Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
- Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Sourcing & Screening candidates
- Knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment Process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Qualifications
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
